On June 4, 2026, the Law and Technology Institute Alumni Association gathered at Wiley to celebrate the Class of 2026 Certificate recipients and to present the 2026 Pay It Forward Award. After a warm welcome from Kathleen Kirby ’91, a Partner at Wiley, LTIAA President Kaya DeRose '23, an Associate Attorney at Telecommunications Law Professionals, presented the award to Greg Haledjian '02 in recognition of his extraordinary career and sustained commitment to the Catholic Law community. Professor Elizabeth Winston was also on hand to share updates on the Law and Technology Institute, making the evening a full celebration of the program's past, present, and future.
Greg earned his Juris Doctor in 2002 and a Certificate from the Communications Law Institute at Catholic Law. After building experience across telecom firms, legal consulting, and in-house roles, he joined the FCC in 2012. Over the past fourteen years, he has contributed to landmark proceedings across multiple bureaus and, in his current role as Legal Advisor, Greg applies Top Secret/SCI clearance and deep expertise to essential work in protecting critical infrastructure and connected networks, securing supply chains and ownership structures, and supporting spectrum sensing initiatives.
Greg's connection to the LTIAA runs deep — he was one of the founders of the Communications Law Institute Alumni Association, now the LTIAA, and he served as its second president. Long after his own student days, he has continued to give back by helping current Catholic Law students find internships and jobs at the FCC, making introductions, and offering candid career guidance. His enduring commitment to the community reflects the same spirit of mentorship that shaped his own path. Congratulations, Greg, on this well-earned recognition.
