The Law and Technology Institute (LTI) Alumni Association held its Fall Happy Hour on November 6, bringing together nearly 50 alumni and current Catholic Law students for an evening of networking and connecting.
The event, generously hosted by LTI alumnus and 2025 Pay It Forward Award recipient Meagan Sunn '18 at Ice Miller, LLP, provided an invaluable opportunity for current students to connect with the LTI program’s accomplished alumni network while learning about career paths at the intersection of law and technology.
“The energy throughout the evening was exceptional,” said Professor Elizabeth Winston, co-director of LTI. “Watching students engage with our alumni community and seeing those meaningful connections form in real-time reminded us why events like these are so important to the LTI family.”
Attendees enjoyed a convivial atmosphere at the elegant venue, with conversations ranging from emerging trends in communications law to career advice and mentorship opportunities. The robust turnout – with almost 50 RSVPs – underscored the strength and enthusiasm of the LTI community.
The Law and Technology Institute at Catholic Law prepares students to navigate the evolving landscape where law and technology intersect, and the Alumni Association continues to foster these important connections beyond graduation.
