Professor Roger Colinvaux of Catholic Law recently published an article in the University of Illinois Law Review. The article, Associational Rights Versus Nonprofit Transparency: Information Reporting in the Information Age, assesses the constitutionality of nonprofit information reporting after the Supreme Court's decision in Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta, which called into question whether the government could compel disclosure of associational-related information from charities and other nonprofits.
