Consortium Agreement If you are planning to attend another school while remaining a CUA student for a summer session, a fall/spring semester, or a full academic year, and receive financial aid from CUA, we will need execute a Consortium Agreement between CUA and your HOST school, where you will be classified as a "visiting" student. Simultaneous to requesting approval to visit away from the Academic Affairs Office, you will need to complete portions of the Consortium Agreement and submit this form to the Financial Aid Office.
