  2. Provide Immunization Records by Friday, August 1, 2025.
  3. Provide your Official Undergraduate Transcript by Friday, August 1, 2025.
  4. Complete the mandatory online education program related to sexual violence and bystander intervention by August 12, 2025. To access the program, use this link and enter your University email and password.
  5. Complete Catholic Law's interactive online Summer Lawyering Fundamentals Barbri Course. Registration information will be sent to your CUA email addresses on or around July 1st. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out directly to the support team at support@lawstudentonline.com and they can provide you with the information. (Note: the course will begin on July 7th and completion of all assignments and submission of a final exam by the exam window of 7/28-8/4 will function as your certification that you completed the course.)
  6. Read the Academic Rules and complete the required certifications linked here by Monday, August 11, 2025
  7. Complete required reading assignments by Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
  8. Review the Fall 2025 First-Year Schedule
  9. Register for Orientation Community Service Day here by Friday, August 1, 2025.
  10. Register for the optional "Welcome to Washington, D.C. Walking Tour" with Professor Derek Webb on Friday, August 15th from 10-12 p.m. by submitting this form.
  11. Accept your admissions scholarship and any other financial aid you wish to accept, by Friday, August 1, 2025. Contact fin-aid@cua.edu with any questions.
  12. Review and accept the University's "Statement of Financial Responsibility" by August 1, 2025, in order for us to officially register you and assign your courses for Fall semester. For detailed instructions, please refer to the letters sent by Stuart Schept, Registrar & Senior Assistant Dean for Academic Services

    Do

    • Photos should be submitted in standard portrait layout (4 x 3 ratio). Do NOT submit square or panoramic photos.
    • Take the picture in front of a white or light-colored wall.
    • Keep your hands and arms at your sides.
    • Smile for the picture.
    • Focus the camera from your shoulders to the top of your head - see the examples for approximate sizing.
    • Use a JPEG format image from a digital camera or scanner.

    Don't

    • Wear any hats, scarves, or sunglasses unless they are worn for religious beliefs or medical reasons.
      • Wear any oversized jewelry.
      • Have an inappropriate facial expression.
      • Have any other individuals or pets in the photo with you.
      • Have on an inappropriate t-shirt.

    We strongly recommend uploading your school picture taken by a professional photographer for your Cardinal Card since it may already meet the ID picture requirements — no need to crop or adjust it. Photos that do not meet the required standards will not be printed.
