- Complete Catholic Law's interactive online Summer Lawyering Fundamentals Barbri course. Registration information will be sent to your CUA email address on or around June 29th. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out directly to the support team at support@lawstudentonline.com. Please note that the course will begin on July 6th and is scheduled to run for four weeks. The final exam window is set for July 31th - August 14th.
- Email your headshot for your student ID card to Kelly Crines (crines@cua.edu) by Friday, July 31, 2026. Please review the photo requirements below.
- Provide Immunization Records by Friday, July 31, 2026.
- Provide your Official Undergraduate Transcript by Friday, July 31, 2026.
- Review the Fall 2026 First-Year Schedule
- Review the Fall 2026 Booklist and purchase your casebooks. You may do so through Catholic University's online bookstore
- Accept your admissions scholarship and any other financial aid you wish to accept, by Friday, July 31, 2026. Contact fin-aid@cua.edu with any questions.

Do
- Photos should be submitted in standard portrait layout (4 x 3 ratio). Do NOT submit square or panoramic photos.
- Photos should be up-to-date
- Take the picture in front of a white or light colored wall.
- Keep your hands and arms at your sides.
- Smile for the picture.
- Focus the camera from your shoulders to the top of your head - see the examples for approximate sizing.
- Use a JPEG format image from a digital camera or scanner.
Don't
- Wear any hats, scarves or sunglasses unless they are worn for religious beliefs or medical reasons.
- Wear any oversized jewelry.
- Have an inappropriate facial expression.
- Have any other individuals or pets in the photo with you.
- Have on an inappropriate t-shirt.
We strongly recommend uploading your school picture taken by a professional photographer for your Cardinal Card since it may already meet the ID picture requirements - no need to crop or adjust it. Photos that do not meet the required standards will not be printed.
