Professor Soledad Bertelsen was invited to participate in a panel discussion on
"Preliminary Thoughts on Legal Issues Relating to the Maduro Seizure" at the Federalist Society's 27th Annual Faculty Conference. The event brought together a diverse group of scholars who shared their perspectives on legal issues involved in the seizure of Nicolas Maduro. Professor Bertelsen's presentation focused on the United Nations Charter's norms and gave insights from a human rights law perspective.
