The Legal Theory Blog, a much-respected website on legal scholarship, named Professor J. Joel Alicea's 2025 article, "Originalism, the Administrative State, and the Clash of Political Theories" as one of its top 10 articles of the year. The blog, produced by Professor Lawrence Solum of the University of Virginia, described the top 10 articles as "particularly interesting, innovative, or valuable."
