Andrew McFarlandOn Wednesday, October 29, Catholic Law’s Corporate Responsibility and Compliance (CRC) Program hosted a vibrant Networking and Information Session, bringing together alumni, students, and faculty. The event kicked off with a warm welcome from CRC Director John Polanin, who set the tone for an evening of connection and insight including highlights from the CRC annual report. Polanin introduced the leaders of the CRC Alumni Group, Lauren Sormani ’21 and Patrick Burke ’19, before welcoming to the stage Andrew McFarland ’98, Data Protection Review Court Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties. McFarland captivated the audience as he shared his career journey and highlighted the critical role compliance plays in his work at the Department of Justice.
