Catharine Hanaway, a distinguished Catholic Law alumna from the class of 1990, made history on September 8 as she was sworn in as Missouri’s 45th Attorney General, becoming the first woman to hold this position. She took the oath of office on her son John’s Bible, administered by the Honorable Ginger K. Gooch, her former law partner and a judge on the Supreme Court of Missouri.
