A new book chronicling the history and impact of a Catholic lay movement founded forty years ago was recently released; Professor A.G. Harmon of Catholic Law provided the prose that brought the narrative into print. A Cast of Light: The Story of the ICPE Mission, tells the story of Mario and Anna Capello, a Maltese couple who began the Institute for World Evangelization in their small island home. The mission, an association of Pontifical Right as recognized by St. John Paul II, has since spread across the globe and can be found on every continent, providing schools of formation, Catholic lay outreaches, healthcare facilities, and multimedia operations for the modern world.
