Sarah Duggin, Professor Emerita and Director of the Compliance, Investigations, and Corporate Responsibility Program at Catholic Law, participated as a speaker in a G20 Interfaith Forum panel titled "The Power of Corporate Governance to Combat Modern Slavery." The event, held via Zoom on Thursday, April 24, 2025, featured Duncan Jepson, an international human rights lawyer and co-founder of Praeveni Global, as the moderator. Professor Duggin was joined by distinguished panelists, including Rev. David Schilling, Senior Advisor to the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility, and Abby Wilhelm, Senior Policy Advisor at Hogan Lovells. Together, they explored the critical role corporate governance plays in addressing the global issue of modern slavery.
