Professor Regina T. Jefferson of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (Catholic Law) participated in a panel discussion about retirement policy hosted by The Brookings Institution on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Entitled “SECURE 2.0 After One Year and the Future of Retirement Policy,” the afternoon’s panel featured Jefferson, alongside three other experts in the area of employee benefits, discussing what remaining progress is needed to confront current challenges affecting the United States’s retirement system.
