On February 23, Professor Mary Graw Leary, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, testified during a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines held by the United States Sentencing Commission. The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to receive testimony on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines related to Compassionate Release, Sex Abuse of a Ward, and Acquitted Conduct. Graw Leary is the Chair of the Victims Advisory Group.
