Catholic Law's Office of Career and Professional Development and First Generation Law Student Union recently hosted a community networking event, What I Did My 1L Summer. The program highlighted one of Catholic Law's greatest strengths—its people—by connecting upper-division students with 1Ls interested in learning about their peers' highly regarded and competitive externship experiences. The informal gathering allowed 1Ls to get a better sense of the many diverse professional opportunities that Catholic Law students regularly participate in while making connections with classmates who help open the doors to such placements.
