On October 24, 2018, the Student Bar Association hosted Carve-A-Thon, the annual pumpkin carving contest. Students were able to take a break from studying to enjoy hot apple cider and other festive snacks, while competing in a pumpkin carving contest. The judges for this event were Tonya Gaskins, Assistant Dean for Career and Professional Development, Katie Crowley, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, and Stuart Schept, Assistant Dean for Academic Services, and Registrar. The first, second and third place winners were:

1st place: Jeremy Kelly, Chris Gerber, Liz Ulan
2nd place: Rebecca Rougier (2E) and Justine Rizzo
3rd place: Alyssa Fetterolf and Svantje Swider
