Troy McCurry is an adjunct lecturer at The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law teaching courses on Election Law and Campaign Finance Law.

Troy is currently the Director of Government Relations Compliance at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Prior to joining Pew, he was counsel to multiple commissioners at the Federal Election Commission. Troy has also served as Senior Counsel to the Republican National Committee and was counsel to Mitt Romney’s 2008 presidential campaign. He also serves as a Lieutenant Commander and Intelligence Officer for the United States Navy Reserve and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2014.

Troy received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from the CUA Columbus School of Law.
