Georgia Niedzielko earned her B.A. in 1975 from The George Washington University, her J.D. in 1981 from The Catholic University of America School of Law, and her M.Ed. in 2001 from the University of Maryland.

She served as Recruitment Administrator for Howrey & Simon from 1983 to 1987, and Recruitment Administrator for Crowell & Moring from 1987 to 1988.

She has been at the Columbus School of Law since 1988, serving as Director of Legal Career Services from 1988 to 1993; Assistant to the Dean from 1993 to 1997; Assistant Dean since 1997; and Assistant Dean for Administration.
