  • Mary Blatch is Senior Counsel, Privacy at StockX. StockX is an online marketplace and clothing reseller, known as the marketplace for current culture – particularly sneakers. At StockX, Ms. Blatch maintains StockX’s global privacy program and provides legal advice on privacy matters.

    Prior to joining StockX, Ms. Blatch was regulatory counsel and data privacy officer at CFA Institute in Washington, DC. In her role at CFA Institute, Ms. Blatch counseled the organization on compliance with data privacy laws and other regulatory matters. Prior to joining CFA Institute, Ms. Blatch was associate general counsel and senior director of advocacy at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), the world’s largest legal association dedicated exclusively to serving the interests of in-house counsel. Ms. Blatch directed ACC’s regulatory, legislative and judicial advocacy efforts on attorney-client privilege, attorney ethics and mobility, corporate compliance and other issues of importance to in-house counsel.

    Ms. Blatch has a B.A. in history from Spelman College and received her JD from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America.
