CUA Law Professor Megan M. La Belle was a speaker at the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal's annual symposium, "The Intersection of Administrative & IP Law" at the University of Texas School of Law, as well as the Journal of Law & Liberty's annual symposium, "The Administrative State Wars Yet to Come" at New York University School of Law in February 2019.


At both symposia, Professor La Belle presented on recent developments at the Supreme Court related to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including the decision last term in Oil States v. Greene's Energy Group, the recent argument in Return Mail v. U.S. Postal Service, and the petition for certiorari in RPX Corp. v. ChanBond LLC.
