Introduction: Albert Camus once wrote that “all men’s misery stems from the fact that he does not know how to use a simple language.” Even though legal language is seen as an “instrument of social control and social intercourse,” regrettably, this language is “highly  technical” and, consequently, “incomprehensible  to  the lay man.” It also promotes judicial  indecisiveness.
