LL.M. Program Eligibility Requirements

 
  • In order to apply to the LL.M. Program, a Master of Laws or an equivalent first degree in law from a university outside the United States or Canada is required. Students may commence the LL.M. prior to completion of their magister degree. The LL.M. is conferred when the student has completed all LL.M. coursework and completed the magister.
  • Proficiency in English needs to be demonstrated either by submission of a satisfactory TOEFL score or equivalent certification, e.g., Cambridge certificates, prior degree in an English-speaking program.
  • Selection is based upon credentials submitted in the student’s application.
