This course has the same content as Trial Practice with two exceptions: (1) the course covers the role of the advocate in the trial process of a criminal case, and (2) there will be no mock jury trial at the end of the semester. Limited to 16 students. In case of over enrollment, preference will be given to students who have not taken another Trial Practice or Trial Skills course. This course will be graded on a pass/fail basis. Prerequisites: Criminal Procedure: The Investigative Process; Evidence. Mr. Barger, Judge Robinson, Judge Satterfield.
