Application for Rome and Cracow Summer Law Programs
Eligibility: Thank you for your interest in Catholic University Law School’s Summer Abroad Programs! All applicants must be in good academic standing and anticipate having completed one year of law school by Friday, May 16, 2014.All admissions decisions are contingent on the applicant’s satisfaction of these two requirements, and a review of the information provided in the application below.
*By submitting the application, I certify that the foregoing information is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that I am under a continuing obligation to provide accurate current and complete information and I will promptly inform the Law School, in writing, if there is any change in any of the information provided above. I understand that denial of my application may result from misrepresentation or omission of any information requested by this application with intent to deceive. If such misrepresentation is discovered after admission, it may result in dismissal from the program or other disciplinary action.
Acceptance of admission to the Summer Abroad Program constitutes an agreement to abide by the provisions of the school's Rules of Professional Conduct for Law Students and the Academic Rules and Regulations of the Law School and the University, as well as all specific rules of the Study Abroad Program(s) in which I participate.
If I am a non-Catholic University law student, I understand that I may be required to provide an official transcript from the law school where I am enrolled, and I will be asked to submit a Letter of Good Standing from my home school indicating that I am currently in good academic standing and unconditionally eligible to return to my home law school. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in my ineligibility to participate in the Study Abroad Program(s).
