Private/Commercial Student Loans

Although Federal and State aid are not available to International Students, private loans may be obtained with a credit-worthy co-signer (U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen). While debt is often frowned upon by many cultures, in the U.S. it is not uncommon for students to take out student loans to pay for their education. Sometimes this may be the only option available.

Criteria, rates, fees, and loan terms vary from lender to lender. More information and a comparison chart of Private/Commercial loans can be found here.
