Georgetown Law & Berkeley Law Ninth Annual Conference on The Role of the Courts in Patent Law & Policy

Panelists will explore recent developments in case management, including changes following the Supreme Court decision in T.C. Heartland and current practice before the Patent Trials and Appeals Board. Hear experts debate current issues in patent remedies, and analyze key patent cases decided by the Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit in the past year and year to come.
