On March 16, as part of the Victims Advisory Group, professor Leary testified before the United States Sentencing Commission regarding proposed amendments to the United States Sentencing Guidelines that address child pornography offenses. Professor Leary is a recognized expert in the field of child pornography and exploitation and was recently appointed to the Commission's Victims Advisory Group. Her testimony focused on the impact on victims of the proposed amendments.
