International Law, Foreign Law, and the US Constitution

On February 19-20, 2016, Professor Antonio Perez joined the Federalist Society’s Faculty for a two-day legal colloquium entitled International Law, Foreign Law, and the U.S. Constitution in San Antonio, Texas. Perez was a part of a small number individuals who were invited to participate. According to the Federalist Society, the colloquium sought to engage international and foreign law from the perspective of American constitutional law, with particular attention to recent debates regarding the effect (if any) that foreign or international law should be given in American jurisprudence.
